Role Summary/Purpose The Coordinator, Diversity Talent will assist the VP of Talent Development in Corporate Diversity, communicating with internal NBCU divisions as well as the external business and creative community. Office is responsible for creating and implementing diversity initiatives across all NBCU television networks.

Essential Responsibilities Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Schedule meetings across multiple NBC Universal departments and external organizations

Organize conference calls

Answer phones

Keep phone log of all incoming calls

Keep a log of all directors reels and scripts submitted

Coordinate large scale events involving multiple NBCU businesses

General administrative duties including filing, arranging travel, completing expense reports, ordering office supplies, rolling calls

Write-up of all scripts submitted

Qualifications/Requirements Employee must have a Bachelor’s degree

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Excellent organizational skills

Ability and experience to work in fast-paced, high-stress environment

Upbeat, outgoing personality

Minimum of 1 year in the entertainment industry in development, production, or at an agency

Detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills

Interest in television

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be willing to work in Universal City

Must be willing to take drug test and submit to a background investigation

Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
